Yogurt
Yogurt is not only beneficial to increase the good bacteria in the digestive tract. Continuous exercise can deplete the immune system, making you prone to upper respiratory tract infection. Probiotics, live bacteria in yogurt, according to new research will help you stay healthy. Yogurt is also a balanced mix of carbohydrates and protein. Honey
